More about Prezis

If you use powerpoints and are looking for something new, you might try Prezi. http://prezi.com I got a free educational license and made a "prezi" for my fall faculty inservice workshop this coming Saturday. The non-linear approach was helpful in organizing my thoughts.

You can check out my "Moodle Tune Up" workshop prezi at https://prezi.com/secure/f3f08a6a0d9d18c0be190edd7af1c4c4d21cb8f2/ To navigate around the presentation, use the arrow key (which is my pre-set "path"), or click on the screen, or use the zoom on the right side of the screen.

I love this program. I just would like to know how to copy or embed it in ppt or other documents. Are you able to link, copy or embed it in Moodle?

Just received from Prezi:

"Many of you have told us that you want to share your ideas on a lightweight touchscreen — whenever and wherever you like.

We heard your requests and we’re excited to announce: Prezi for the iPad! With the new Prezi app, you can easily show prezis wherever your ideas take you. Instead of clicking on buttons, you can simply pan and pinch to zoom and move around the prezi, making it even easier to bring your ideas into everyday discussions.

Get Prezi for iPad in the iTunes App Store.

Happy zooming!
The Prezi Team"
